How much poetry and art have been devoted to glossing the glory and pitfalls of Beauty- both inner and outer...a lot.

Inner beauty takes a lifetime, at least, to foster and nurture, which I will always be a student. Outer beauty blossoms- momentarily blinding our logic and overpowering our senses- but then inevitably wilts, and with that, its hypnotic grip, much like the annual bounties that graced, perfumed and dressed my garden all through June but are now dead, plucked, and replaced.
