Guizhou Black Bean Chili Sauce Stir-fry Noodles

Organic soba, celery, cloud ear mushrooms, scallions, and onions

My new addiction- Guizhou Black Bean Chili Sauce, specifically Lee Kum Kee's. I wait for daytime so I can slurp up these saucy goodness. I've married fresh wheat noodles, lo mein, soba, sweet potato noodles, and even spaghetti  with this sauce. It hasn't gone bad with any of them so the polygamistic relationship here works.

Stir-fries are generally flexible and this, being a homestyle creation, is no exception. Just add plenty of minced or sliced garlic, splattering of soy sauce per spoonful of the bean sauce, dash of sugar to taste and viola!


Add sliced onions, mushrooms i.e., cloud ear mushrooms are especially excellent, angled luffa, sweet potato leaves, celeries, zucchini,...test the season's bounty!
