  3. YESSS! Haha! I just typed in "I'm addicted to guizhou black bean sauce" and found this post. I am entering into day four of a juice fast, and doing fine. Honestly. (Right?) BUT...my one and only real food fantasy at this point is about a big bowl of noodles---spaghetti works just fine, or bow-ties---doused in that heavenly, spicy-savory-oily godsend of a genius of a sauce. So unbelievably good. I'm just happy to have found your post. I will continue to read your blog. The recipes are marvelous. xxFrances
